Dr. Erik is a native of NY state and after attending undergraduate and graduate school in PA, he met his wife and settled in NJ.
He has enjoyed a 10 year career in outpatient physical therapy. During this time, he has had the privilege to devote his focus on patient care, specialization, and mentoring and teaching other physical therapists.
He is the only practicing Fellow in Orthopedics and Manual Therapy in Monmouth county and one of only 30 fellows in NJ.
Dr. Erik has been recognized as a NJ Top Doc in Physical Therapy since 2016.
Dr. Tara attended Sacred Heart University in Connecticut for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. While attending Sacred Heart, she competed year-round as a Division 1 Cross-Country and Track Athlete. Dr. Tara utilizes her personal experience as an athlete to connect with her patient’s on an empathetic level. She enjoys the various populations associated with outpatient orthopedics and emphasizes the importance of individualized quality of care. She was born and raised in Holmdel, NJ and in her free time she enjoys runs along the beaches of the Jersey Shore.
Dr. Jacquie attended Southern Connecticut State University for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Human Performance. She competed as a collegiate athlete in gymnastics during her 4 years at SCSU. She became interested in Physical Therapy during her own personal experience with sports injuries and went on to pursue her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at UMDNJ/Rutgers University.
Dr. Jacquie worked in outpatient orthopedics for 11 years, treating patients of all ages with various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. She is now excited to work as a mobile outpatient physical therapist and be able to provide individualized care to each patient in the comfort of their own homes. She is passionate about providing quality care to her patients to help them achieve their goals and be able to return to their prior level of function.
Dr. Jacquie grew up in Ocean Township and still lives in Monmouth County, NJ with her family. She enjoys spending time with her two young boys going on bike rides, playing at the beach, and traveling.
Coral Specializes in helping clients achieve healthy, long-term habits through Strength Training, Functional fitness, and nutrition coaching. She also specializes in Athletic Performance, competition prep & Physique. She believes that Fitness is for everyone. In her spare time she is an OCB (Organization of Competition Bodies) Wellness competitor, and competitive Powerlifter, winning the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) National Championship in Masters 1, in 2021, as well as completing over 30 Spartan Races from Stadium to Sprint to Ultra, completing the Spartan Trifecta. She combines her knowledge of training and hands on experience to help clients achieve their healthiest and fittest life possible.
Combining the NeuFit technology & training method, allows her to help her clients achieve their goals to increase strength, change body composition, improve range of motion & enhance athletic performance more efficiently and in half the time of traditional training alone.
Swaroopa is a Physical Therapist and a Yoga Teacher with a practice experience of over 24 years in both the fields of healing sciences.
Having lived on the Jersey shore for over 21 years, she has taught Yoga to people of all ages and abilities from school children to seniors. She has served people in our community, in their homes as a visiting Physical Therapist for many years.
She completed a 1-year Certification and Teacher’s Diploma in Yoga Education from an esteemed institute in India that has imparted the knowledge and ancient wisdom in classical Yoga for over 50 years.
As a Yoga Teacher and a Physical Therapist, Swaroopa has organically blended both the streams that award the students, the best of both the worlds.
Swaroopa has the ability to modify and customize the physical practice for the individual practicing Yoga.
