One on one or small group fitness training using the latest techniques & cutting edge technology.  Each program is custom designed to meet your specific goals and needs for all ages and fitness levels, from weight loss to general fitness, sports specific training and post – rehabilitation.


One on one sessions focus on management and maintenance of gains in Physical Therapy.  Body part specific Yoga Therapy for rehabilitation.  Stress relief meditation and breathing techniques.  Small group sessions focus on: Spine, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, Stress Relief, Breathing and Relaxation.

All Patients MUST wear a mask upon entry to the building

If you do not have one, one will be provided

All patients are screened per CDC recommendations with temperatures
taken upon entry

We ask that all patients either wash their hands or use provided hand
sanitizer upon entrance to the clinic

Routine sanitizing is performed on all clinic furniture and equipment

Professional sanitizing performed 3 times per week

Social distancing is observed and maintained through spacing of
equipment and treatment tables

Telehealth is available to some or all of your treatments
