Your physical therapist will take a thorough history of your symptoms to better understand how to treat you. They will then observe your breathing and posture. Then, they’ll perform a comprehensive exam of your back, hips, abdomen, and pelvic floor to assess mobility and strength that may be contributing to your symptoms. Lastly, you and your therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
